Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 8, 2026

Magicstudentpass is committed to ensuring that its online platform and all related digital content are accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We actively work to improve the accessibility of our services and welcome feedback from all users.

Our Commitment

We strive to conform to recognized international accessibility standards and best practices. Our goal is to provide an experience that is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for every visitor, including those who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or voice control software.

Standards and Guidelines

We aim to meet the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

Key Principles

Our accessibility efforts are guided by the four core principles of WCAG:

Principle Description
Perceivable Information and interface components are presented in ways users can perceive through multiple senses or assistive technologies.
Operable Interface components and navigation are operable via keyboard and other input methods beyond a standard mouse.
Understandable Information and operation of the interface are clear and consistent, reducing cognitive load.
Robust Content can be reliably interpreted by a wide range of user agents, including current and future assistive technologies.

Measures We Take

Design and Development Practices

We incorporate accessibility considerations throughout our design and development process. This includes maintaining sufficient color contrast ratios, providing descriptive alternative text for non-text content, ensuring interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard, and structuring content with meaningful headings and landmarks.

Assistive Technology Compatibility

Our platform is designed to be compatible with commonly used assistive technologies, including screen readers, magnification software, and alternative input devices. We test our interfaces across multiple environments to verify compatibility.

Multimedia Content

Where audio or video content is provided as part of our seminars or educational materials, we work to supply captions, transcripts, or equivalent text-based alternatives to ensure the content is accessible to users with hearing or visual impairments.

Forms and Interactive Elements

All forms on our platform include descriptive labels, clear error messages, and instructions that assist users in completing tasks accurately. Focus indicators are visible and consistent throughout interactive sessions.

Known Limitations

While we make every effort to meet accessibility standards, some areas of our platform may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are actively working to identify and address these gaps. Areas currently under review include certain third-party embedded content and some legacy document formats. We are committed to resolving identified issues in a timely manner.

Third-Party Content

Our platform may include content or tools provided by third parties over which we have limited control. We endeavor to select third-party partners who share our commitment to accessibility, and we encourage those partners to meet recognized standards. However, we cannot guarantee full accessibility compliance for all externally hosted resources.

Feedback and Contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our platform. If you encounter barriers, experience difficulties accessing any content or feature, or wish to request content in an alternative format, please contact us:
